CALIBRATION AND COOLING TANKS
The range of MATEX VARESE products for
calibration and cooling of the tubes, includes a series of tanks suited to the
different dimensions and by the different types of extruded finished products.
The main features can be summarized as:
Tanks in the sections "modular pre-packaged" with standard lengths of 3 meters, combined with cooling tanks having with lengths up to 12 meters.
Size of the tanks from 150 mm x 150 mm to 250 mm x 250 mm.
Number vacuum zones variables in function of the materials to be calibrated.
Vacuum systems from the simplest, with a traditional liquid ring pump, to the most recent and performing system controlled by the PLC via PID system for adjusting the quantity of air & water present inside the vacuum tank, all accurately controllable and adjustable via the touch screen control panel.
This sophisticated calibration system has been very successful in its many applications where, thanks to the elimination of the usual problems generated by traditional vacuum systems, ie : Vibration, Roundness, etc. , has enabled the achievement of extrusion speeds up to 250 (400) m / minute, with dimensional tolerances abundantly observed.
This type of system can equip tanks included in extrusion lines listed in the "Categories" as Food & Beverages, Automotive, Medical, Agriculture.
